1. You can find the location and apartment home that best suits your needs by browsing our web site. We prefer to begin by building a personal relationship with our perspective guests—so no online forms here!

   After you’ve reviewed our website, feel free to contact us. We’re here to answer any questions you might have and forward a property profile of the community and apartment home you’ve selected.

2. Once you have found your new home, we will place the apartment on hold, email our rental agreement for your review; along with pertinent information about your new temporary home and detailed information regarding the move in process. Simply sign and return the lease; it’s that easy.

3. Moving Day: We will make arrangements that best fit your needs and you feel comfortable with. We’d love to meet with you, show you the community and walk through your new home to make sure you know how everything works. If you prefer, we can Fed Ex the keys or place them in a lock box at the property; we feel that’s a little impersonal but it's your choice.
